hi everyone,
It been quite awhile for me to blog because there is really nothing much interest for me to update. But i read quite a nice article from the newspaper a few days ago... Let me share with your....

It teaches us how to gain a testimonial from the clients.
Make a standard practice to ask clients ( or other contacts ) for testimonial - they build your credibility and your business . But at what point in the sales cycle should you ask?
This is a tricky question. In general, don't ask for any testimonial before it time, which may be before, during, or after the completion of a sale or project, depending on your clients, your product or service, and your own needs.

Let's say that one month before finishing a project, you call your client to ask how things are going. The client tells you she's happy with the result and that her life or business has changed for the better because of your product or service.

At this point, you testimonial detector should be pinging loudly. It 's the right time to make her pitch:" That would be a great things for other people to knowabout my company. Would you be willing to write me a testimonial on your company letterhead by the end of this week?"
"If the answer is yes the next step is to coach your client in writing a testimonial that fits your needs,

Guiding the content
Ask your client to say why she chose to work with you, how she benefited from your problem for her and what other people should know about your business. What issues are most people concerned about when using a service or product you provide? Ask her to address those issues. Don't be afraid to offer suggestions. You will make it easier for her to write an appropriate testimonial, and the result will be more valuable for you.

Stay updated
Finally, review your testimonial file or binder at least every two to three years to identify testimonials that are no longer valid or credible. Specifically, you may want to discard or re-file a testimonial that:

is from a company that is no longer in business;
is or was written by someone who has left the company;
represents a product or service that you no longer offer;
has begun to turn yellow with age;
or needs to be updated with new statistics from the customer.

Now that you understand what testimonials can do for your business, try asking for three written testimonials on company letterheads this week. Make it easy for your advocate. Specify what you would like their testimonial to cover, based on what you know of their satisfaction or successes from using your product or service. Ask for them to be typed on company letterhead, signed and submitted by a certain date.

Remember the law of reciprocity. If you want to truly motivate someone to write yo a testimonial, write one for him or her first.

Just feeling like saying hi to this fucking world.. I dun think life is fair lol and i controlling my temper at this movement. I hate my upper study as he like to show off and talk without thinking first.. He is a christian and i wish someone can tell him for me to kiss my ass.. His mouth from his mouth is all but bad cause i really dun like him and one day i swear i am going to curse and fuck him upside down when i ord first. Never thinks of others feeling and he said one things to me :" I send u everything that u need and go do the slides ".... My mind was like WTF cause he throw everythings to me and never show me any sample and ask me to do it .. He alway at his computer table and never let me use and how am i going to do my work... I feel quite sad when i am now in the NS. Why ? Maybe because of my boss SO.

why, i personally felt that i had being look down by him and he dun seem to trust me or have any faith in me ? Why ? izit maybe due to my super blur blur look ? Sigh , anyway i start to learn more stuff as i have a small unit with me.. It my learn curves now.. Yes..haha, Thank god..

I really miss the olden days with the team.. And who do you think it will be ? And the answer will be Jonathan Han(3SG), Damien(Junior 2LT) , Jing Ting(The Man)... hahahahahhahaha....

And guess what they owe me ? MY 21st BIRTHDAY Present..... They are bad and mean rite.. sigh.... I hope they see this...

I hate people who made things in a mess and i have to do the stupid cleaning.. Arhhhhhh...

Guess what you can learn and see in the NS ? You will see all those people who like to sell fish lol..

i am back from taiwan ...
It was very fun overthere as you learn alot of stuff...
NS stuff and their farmers life style...
You can even see alot of shit on the ground and sometime u dun even have a choice of not lay on the ground or sleep with the shit...

The tiredness from the walking with heavy load in your backpack...
Walk from mountain to mountain and roads...
up the mountain and down the mountain...

When it was R and R time, i really admit the timing was quite short but i really have alot of fun ...Espeically the shopping trip...
i shop till i when broke and there is really alot of prettty and cute girls at taipei...

Tomo got unit attachment coming for two week and i go to 1st guards for attachment..

Today went to sentosa and guess what ???

I play basketball Vs 2 team's and we win the 1st round but lose the second round as all of us was super tired... And the sun was so hot that even the sand was so hot too while you were trying to walk...

I still got play frisbee with other people and we will like a noob ... Want to know why, because we dun know how to play very well in the 1st place... But luckly we never give up, and we win them by play short pass... I dive to save one turn and after that i injure my body ... Hello everyone, I just came back from my kayaking Passing down chalet...
It was very fun for making the foods for the junior , playing 2008 water polo (SeniorVS junior ) haha, and the pig game..
I was feel touch and almost cry when i read the letter but not the video... haha... Really, Just an blink of an eyes 3 years of poly life was gone like that. To tell the true i really still miss the poly life.

Yoyo, i just came back malaysia.. It was damn tired and i trek the mountian 2 time in 2 day... I hate the never ending road and guess wat , i almost get lost in the jungle cause that is my 1st timw in the mountian and when i get down it was going to be nite time and the whole place when i came down , there is no light and power and there is alot of animals . Like wild boars , monkey , bat , bird , etc... I piggyback a gal from station 1 to the starting point and it took 1 hours to come down and i dun know her legs got leech and i kana bitten by the leech lol...

I am having alot of stress this few week...
Family, jobs, training , competition...
Stressssssssssssssssssssss....

Tomo having interview from the num and i wish i can be part of the num family as i need a job... My camp instructor still own me pay lol... So sian... Work with no paid... THen is my sat race ... All NYP hope is on Jun Wei and me ... I am getting more stress as the date is getting more nearer and nearer... sigh ...

The whole class who reach mount jatan at the mountian peak... Good job guy's and girl's... This is my 1st group of student at karimun which is in indonesia... haha... i like my yellow wooden bus student...haha... Why do i went there, because that i am a freelance instructor....

Sorry that i took such a long time to update my blog...Sorry Sorry....My house internet spoil and i am trying very hard to repair it...

Chinese New Year past so fast that now is alread day 5 ...On the eve and the 1st day of new year i was eating alone la...i hated to be alone...and i also dun know why...

On the eve nite, I went to the chinatown with a small group of friens and his family...THe place was so crowded that u cannot move and people at the back keep pushing .... I saw a guy keep pushing and shout stop pushing , i am getting flat ... He was a bad acter la... haha...

On the 1st day , my 1st stop was one of the sakae aunt house... She was a very nice aunt and every year i will visit and treat him like my aunt (Because i dun have a good family background)
... And i was like playing with his dog most of the time... The dog was so cute la... haha... I wish i could have a puppy dog too... haha... After that i went to My super Best bubby house ( Pei Jin )
... I was playing with his nephew and the mahjong la... After that we meet out all the brother to watch the Kung Fu Dunk... The show was funny but not very nice ... But still can watch...

Second day , was my bad luck... haha... Pei jin drive his brother-in-law- car and fetch me to christine house...While we will on the way pei jin hit the pavement on the roads side as he was going to do a U- turn... Only pei jin and Yao ren goes there and win money but except me... I losed about 30 buck... Maybe i am too lousy... sigh ... Something happen on the way back as it was my turn to drive ... I saw a car suddenly stop right in front of me so i stop too than after i continue to drive i heard some noise that are very werid so i asked pei jin to get down and checked on the wheel and then he told me wheel burst... So not choice but to drive slowly to the Shell station there and changed one of the wheel....After that we went up to pei jin house and relax abit after that we went to Subway to have our dinner then all of them went to my house and play mahjong till the next day... After we went to AMK drive-thru MAC to have our breakfast... haha...I want to thank Yao Ren for the Dinner and Pei jin For the Breakfast... Guys rocks man...After that i went home back and took a shower before i went to bed and slept for 3 hours only then getting ready to go coach house to visit lol...

During coach house i kept eating the foods as it was so nice ... And i win only 7 buck while i was playing poker card then i paid it back to the bugis food court... haha... While we ( Jonathon, Jing Ting , Joanna , En kai , Prcele and me ) will onthe way to bugis we play a super lamed and funny game... Jonathon that really was super lamed but hoped u can understand wat they are thinking... Oh, Thank joanna for the intro for thr MOCHi ice-cream ... it was super nice... And En kai thank for the expense , nice dessert... haha....

What a messy start from 2008

1. My company " Evantek " got this guy call uncle willam ... He like to said alot of valgur to me and complain ... On the Wed , he leave the company so one of my other colleuge lock the door...
Then after awhile he came back and could not open the door so he enter from the main office... THen when he came in , he !st question is ALVIN did you lock the door... THen i reply no , I was too busy doing my stuff , then after that he when to the door and check the door lock ... Like the door will tell him who lock the door ... haha... THen i asked uncle wat happen , and he started to ask me again , alvin did u lock the door .. My table got so many people but he die die wan to pinpoint me la... Then i told me , uncle for the 2nd time i told u not i did it want... Then i tot he forget the thing but then tomo morning he asked and person yesterday who locked the door la... Dammn Uncle....

2. Today my sister sms me in the early morning and asked me to tell my mum that she will be home in the morning but i never tell my mum cause i have being sleeping very early this month... So i never notice the message ... then my sis came back and was lock outside the door and both of them will quarreling and i waas struck right in between of them argment... I was super piss because i wanted to slept some more so i can go to training lol...

I wan to thank my teammates from 2005 for making menot to think too much... I like to played today games... The mindcafe was abit small but the games was fun ... haha...

This few day my life in FYP was so peacuful because my superviser never come and disturb me and he since to be in a good mood this few day... Just hope he can maintain in this way...friday go to raffles clinic to take a fake mc la... At first i dun know wat to said about my illness but then i anyhow act then the doctor really believe in me la... i wan to thank you for the one day mc... thank you and i was really very scare that my acting can be seem true by the doc la... sigh...

My genting trip was fun and i try the scary roller coaster... At 1st i dun dare to try but on my 2nd tot , i went for it since i alread not feeling so well alread... haha... i still take 2 ride la... haha... but them the1st 2 differet ride make me abit heahach alread lol.. i really scare of viking as it can make me headach la... still got one ride but i dun dare to take cause i dun feel so well lol... and the hotal that we stay is really very nice and in the top floor... but i like the 1st day where all the people gathner in our room to played the game which we always play la... haha... vilin and koloa bear.... haha... hee... The journy was really very long but i love it as i can travel with the whole team to have some fun ... haha.... The food over there is also quite nice lol.. and Super cheap... hee.... My FYP was really suck ... and somehow i dun like my superviser... He is call MR LEONG CHEE YONG... I think he is a lousy teacher , never show me any cared for me and never intend to ask me how did i progress la...Just left me died out there.... And when he got PMS he will shown me his anger at me la... Can't i just take a 10min break to read newspaper since my eyes is getting tired when i have to stared at the computer for a long time lol... Sigh Sigh... And the project was like hard for me lol.. I feel my life was getting lousy and suck....

I felt the earthquake yesterday at 7 pm plus .... It was very very very very very shake from the last time i felt lol.... sigh.. Is that a warning from earth ... IZIT.....How and what should we do if this day really happen...............

I was too stress for my last paper so i decided to take a short break and do my bloging... hee...So gals and guys , how do you feel about this picture ... Does it look like a fake want or maybe is a real want...So wat will you do if you are the guy who is on the kaya...You will stop and freeze over there or will you paddle like hell and you know that both way is also the died way for you.. I have being in a war since Monday....
Monday paper was still ok ba....
Tuesday paper was in hell .... But then thank to a person who was sitting beside me...
At that moment she was like an angle to help me lol... haha....Really want to thank you and own you a meal...hee...
Wednesday battle was lost and i was hoping most of them will fail so i can pass lol...
And now friday will be my last paper lol... hee....

My birthday party is last sat and i was super tired as i

Yesterday i went for my friend's birthday party... All his family were so high la... Wow...
I always keep training people napfa and today my napfa test and i still worry i cannot do well lol..My 2.4 i still can push but i really cannot stand the pain at my stomah lol.. sigh ....But never mind aleast i try to the end.. hee....
